The Petitioner has joined employment with Respondent No.6 school around 2 years ago. Her probation period would be concluding shortly. Her claim of belonging to the "Thakur" Scheduled Tribe category is pending adjudication since 23rd June, 2011. Unless she produces a validity certificate, she would not be continued in employment.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that only after the Petitioner acquired a job, that she has now approached this Court. The learned AGP further submits that the hearing in the matter concluded on 22nd December, 2022 and within a month's time, the final order would be passed.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We expect the committee to pass an order by 30th April, 2023. We direct the employer Respondent Nos.5 and 6, not to terminate the probation period of the Petitioner until 30th April, 2023 and if the Petitioner succeeds in receiving a validity certificate, the said authority would consider the said fact while deciding on the confirmation of the Petitioner's service.
