This first appeal is preferred by the ICICI Lambord General Insurance Company Ltd. feeling aggrieved by the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Parbhani. This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. The appellant/ Insurance Company does not want to prosecute with the appeal and filed pursis to that effect. It is taken on record and marked as Art. 'X' for record purpose.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. In case, the original claimants/respondents files substantive appeals for enhancement of compensation, the appellant is at liberty to seek for restoration of present appeal. Accordingly, appeal stands disposed of. 3.

The original claimants are entitled to withdraw entire compensation amount if any, deposited by the appellant in this court along with the interest accrued thereon.

The amount, if any, deposited in this court/Registry, shall be paid to the original claimants in terms of award. 5.
