DATE : JULY 04, 2023 ORDER :- This Court had issued notice in this Habeas Corpus petition. The concerned police station officer made search and produced the person (daughter of respondent nos.5 and 6), whose presence was solicited before this Court. On inquiry, she states to have had married the petitioner - Sohel. She is 20 years of age and states that now, she wants to stay in the company of her parents, i.e. respondent nos.5 and 6. Since she being a major and competent to take decision of her welfare, we let her to her discretion. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
