We are informed that the encroachers are private persons, who have set up shops, tin-sheds, etc. in the land owned by the Petitioner. This dispute is of a civil nature and the Petitioner should approach the concerned Civil Court for seeking mandatory desired reliefs in order to clear his land of the purported encroachment.
