This is petition praying for setting aside impugned order passed on 21.2.2015, appointing District Deputy Registrar, Parbhani, as an administrator, for taking charge of management of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Jintur. 2.

It is informed that the process of election for electing the Managing Committee of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee is in progress, and as such, no change in the management need to be effected, and such a course would be detrimental to the interests of the Agricultural Produce Market Committee.

Writ petition is devoid of substance, and hence stands rejected. Pending Civil Applications do not survive and stand disposed of.
