PER COURT :- The petitioners have no case. The petitioners are not made members though they have applied for membership in the year 2005 and deposited the requisite membership fees. By a Resolution the Managing Committee of the Society refused to admit them to membership. The petitioners, thus, have no locus standi to come before this Court and to claim any concern with the society and its activities. Writ Petition is dismissed.
