This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.8-Chandanmal Hariram Agrawal who is stated to have died on 7th December, 2021. Names of the proposed legal representatives of the deceased respondent have been stated in paragraph 3 of the application. The application is within limitation.

Necessary amendment shall be carried out in the petition within a week from today. After carrying out the amendment, copies of the amended petition be furnished to the respondents. 4.
