The Petitioners' grievance is, that the impugned order indicates that the proposal for seeking approval to their appointment orders, was not considered on account of deficiencies. There is no rejection by the said order dated 10/03/2022. According to the Petitioners, the Management has removed all the deficiencies and forwarded a fresh proposal on 17/06/2022. It is prayed that, there are no deficiencies and the proposal can be decided by Respondent No.2 on it's merits, preferably on or before 31/03/2023.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

We expect Respondent No.2, to consider the proposal of the Petitioners, which is resubmitted. If the said proposal is complete in all respects and there are no deficiencies, the concerned Authority may endeavour to decide the same, on or before 31/03/2023.
