On 23.06.2023, we had passed the following order : "1. When this matter was called out on 22.06.2023, none appeared for the Petitioner. However, Shri Sikchi, the learned Advocate, informed that the cause of action has been redressed and the amount of Rs.40,000/- has been paid to the Petitioner by the contractor. The communication dated 22.06.2023 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

2. In view of the above, the matter is kept today for passing orders.

3. Today, we are informed by the colleague of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, that he is indisposed.

4. List this petition on 07.07.2023 for passing orders." 2.

Even today, none appears for the petitioner.

The learned advocate representing respondent no. 4 submits, on instructions, that the amount of Rs. 40,000/- that had to be paid to the petitioner, has been paid by the contractor. The statement of
