Mr. Markad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the licence of the petitioner to run the typewriting institute has been renewed up to January-2020 on 23.04.2018. The petitioner has also filed an application for the renewal within time, still the impugned notice is issued to the petitioner.

The petitioner may bring it to the notice of the authority by filing reply to the impugned show cause notice all the facts. The Deputy Director of Education shall certainly consider the say

2 wp 2925.20 filed by the petitioner to the show cause notice on its own merits. The petitioner shall file say to the impugned show cause notice within seven

(07) days from today. The Deputy Director of Education shall consider the say and the contention of the petitioner before taking any decision.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
