The petitioner is before us being anxious to get the proceeding under Section 18 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 pending before respondent/District Deputy Registrar, for early decision.

Learned advocate Mr Kadam appears suo moto and takes objection that his client was party in the proceeding before the

2558.25wp (2) respondent and is necessary party but has been deliberately omitted from the array of the respondents.

Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2017, we direct the respondent to decide it as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months.
