Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed application to the respondent No.2 and 3 for grant of rental compensation, however, the same has not been decided.

After the award is passed by the Reference Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, though the same is filed in August 2014, no decision is taken on it as yet. 3.

Issue notice to respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent No.1 and 2.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

In case the petitioner has filed an application for rental compensation (Exhibit D) and the same is pending with the respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall take decision upon the same on its own merits in accordance with law, so also considering the award passed by the Reference Court after hearing all parties concerned, preferably within one year from today.
