Both these applications are filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation which has fallen to the share of applicants. 2.

Learned advocate for Insurance Company has strenuously opposed the application stating that no case is made out for withdrawal.

Admittedly, other claimants were permitted to withdraw 75% amount fallen to their share. In that view of the matter, civil applications are allowed. Applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% amount fallen to their share, along with proportionate accrued interest thereon.
