This application has been moved for withdrawal of amount deposited in this court pursuant to orders passed by this court. 2.

Looking at that dispute being raised about quantum and the matter is lying in execution, I deem it expedient that the amount be transmitted to executing court, letting an opportunity for the petitioner as well as respondents to have quantification of the amount due under the execution and accordingly deal with the amount being so remitted. For said purpose, interim relief
