The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed an application U/Sec. 33(C)(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act before the Labour Court Latur in the year 2015. The same is not yet decided. The learned counsel further submits that, the Presiding Officer is officiating at Labour Court, Latur.

Considering that, since six years application of the petitioner U/Sec. 33(C)(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act is pending before the Labour Court, Latur, the Labour Court Latur shall endeavour to decide the same, expeditiously after following proper procedure, principles of natural justice and hearing all parties concerned. The same shall be decided preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date this order is served upon

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
