In stay application, heard the learned counsel for Insurance Company. In view of the contentions made in the application and reasoning given in the judgment and award, this Court holds that stay needs to be granted. So, the stay application is allowed, subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation within four weeks from today. If the amount is not deposited within four weeks, it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution.
