The applicants have moved this application seeking condonation of delay of 188 days in failing revision petition against the impugned judgment and order of rejection of application for discharge.

Considering the cause assigned to condone the delay and further taking
criapln1041.17 into consideration the submissions advanced that in respect of coaccused this Court has allowed the revision and discharged the accused, the case is made out to condone the delay. I am, therefore, inclined to allow the application. Application is allowed.
