Petitioner Nos.3 and 7 have passed away. Legal representatives of petitioner No.3 have already brought on record.

512.21cp (2) Civil Application No.1960/2025 has been moved to bring on record legal representatives of petitioner No.7 so that they could receive the amount. Unless they are armed with succession certificate in their name, the amount could not be disbursed to them. Civil Application No.1960/2025 2.

This is a civil application for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased. petitioner No.7 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.7 be brought on record.

However, the amount payable to original petitioner Nos.3 and 7 shall be disbursed to their legal representatives only after they place on record succession certificate.
