By way of this petition the petitioner has challenged order dated 08.01.2016 passed by the learned District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum in CC No. 48 of 2014. The learned Consumer Forum by way of the order had directed to hear an application raising preliminary objection by the petitioner along with main matter. It is reported at the bar that the main proceeding itself is now decided by the learned Consumer Forum. Even otherwise this Court has doubt about maintainability of the petition, as it is filed against order passed by the learned Consumer Forum.
