After hearing the matter for some time, as this Court was not inclined to grant bail, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application, with liberty to move after some time.

The learned APP informs that the charges are already framed, however, the evidence has not yet commenced till the instructions were received.

In view of the above, permission to withdraw the application is granted. The application stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicant to apply for bail afresh after one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial and if the accused is not responsible for the delay in the proceedings. 4.
