We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The appeal filed by the petitioner is dismissed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents submits that, the petitioner has remedy of second appeal. 3.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of second appeal. In case the petitioner avails the remedy of second appeal, the authority shall consider the application of the petitioner for release of vehicle on its own merits, in accordance law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of filing of appeal.
