By the present applications, the legal heirs of original claimant seeks permission to substitute their names on the ground that the original claimant died on 05.06.2022 during pendency of appeal and cause of survives.

The respondents have not denied that the present applicants are the legal heirs /successors of the original claimant. 3.

On the ground set out in the application for condonation of delay, the delay of 594 days caused while presenting the application for bringing legal heirs of deceased appellant on record is hereby

926ca2435-24 condoned. The applicants are permitted to bring the legal heirs of deceased appellant on record.

Abatement is set aside.

5.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
