By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent no.13-Shamrao Vithoba Marathe and also seek to codone delay caused in filing the application.

Having considered submissions advanced and reasons as stated in paragraph nos.2 to 8 of the application, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Sufficent cause is made out to codone the delay. Consequently, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C). 3.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
