By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent no.7-Dhana Lakha Nikam and also seek to condone delay caused in filing the application. 2.

Having considered submissions advanced and reasons as stated in paragraph nos.2 to 7 of the application, there is no impediment in allowing the application. Sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Consequently, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C). 3.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
