It is submitted that in the present Writ Petitions

{2} wp4071-16.doc maintainability of Complaints before District Consumer Forum is challenged. However, during pendency of present Writ Petitions, the Complaints itself have been disposed of by the District Consumer Forum and hence nothing survives in the Writ Petitions.

In view of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of as infructuous.
