After hearing for sometime on 10-03-2023, this court has specifically kept this matter today for taking instructions on withdrawal. Learned advocate for petitioner today informs that he has received instruction to withdraw the petition and he seeks leave to withdraw the petition. However, he requests that the trial be directed to expedite the proceeding i.e. Petition No.E-261/2021 pending in the court of learned Family Court, Ahmedngar. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

a] Leave is granted to withdraw the petition.
