Mr Shinde, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in view of law laid down by the Apex Court, in the matter of Gurudasssingh Nawoosingh Panjawani vs. State of Maharashtra & ors., reported in (2016) 2 SCC 213, makes a motion for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file second revision. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
