1) The application is filed for cancellation of bail granted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class in a crime registered for offences punishable under sections 143, 149, 452, 326, 354-A etc. of the Indian Penal Code.

2 Application 1263/2014 2) It appears that no proceeding was filed in Sessions Court to challenge the order. Propriety requires that such proceeding is filed first in the Sessions Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on instruction, that he wants to withdraw the present application and he seeks liberty to file proceeding in the Sessions Court. 3) The application is disposed of as withdrawn with that liberty.
