The petition is filed by the Trustee though the nomenclature is incorrect, which runs a Goshala and is claiming grant from the Government under the policy. Its representation dated 10.09.2024 has been pending with respondent no. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 3 to consider the petitioner's proposal mentioned herein above, on its own merits and in accordance with the policy, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks.
