Petitioner is challenging the decision of the Education Officer, Secondary dated 24/12/2024 refusing to grant approval to his appointment as a Junior Clerk.

In the light of the fact that the Grievance Forum is created and available under the Government Resolution dated 27/03/2024, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to resort to the Forum.

The Authority shall not refuse to entertain the application/petition filed within 2 weeks, on the ground of limitation prescribed under that Government Resolution.
