Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that in one of the connected matters arising out of the same award and the same acquisition proceedings, this Court ( Coram: V.K.Jadhav, J.) has condoned the delay and has placed the matters for admission.

Contents of the applications reveal that the delay ranging between 635 days to 728 days has occurred in filing the present appeals. It is contended that the applicants did not receive information about the disposal of AGP/-

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) CA NO.9159/2016group applications filed under Section 18 of the Act within time and, thereafter, in making necessary arrangements, time was consumed and the appellants / applicants could not file the appeals within the stipulated period of limitation. 3.
Learned A.G.P. Mr. Y.G.Gujrathi has strongly opposed for condonation of delay stating that the delay has not been sufficiently explained, however, since delay has already been condoned in the connected matters, I am inclined to allow the applications. The delay is condoned. The Civil Applications for condonation of delay are allowed and disposed of.

The Appeals be registered in accordance with law.

On registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent State.
