The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to take out appropriate application before the concerned Court.

Permission granted. The present application stands dismissed as withdrawn. We make it clear that in case, the Charge is not yet framed, the applicant is at liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned Court within two weeks from today.

Needless to mention that if such application is filed within two weeks from today and in case the Charge is not already framed, the concerned Court shall decide the said application as expeditiously as possible, however within a period of four weeks from filing of the application.
