Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has deposited Rs.90,000/- in the trial Court. He is ready to deposit Rs.10,000/- in this Court.

Applicant is convicted under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and she is sentenced to sufer simple imprisonment for 15 days with compensation of Rs.1,00,000/-. 3.

Considering the quantum of sentence and the fact that revision is not likely to come up for hearing in near future, I am inclined to pass the following order : -

ORDER

(i) Rs.10,000/- be deposited in this Court within a week. (ii) Substantive sentence is suspended till the disposal of the revision.

(iii) Applicant be released on P.R.Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Fifteen thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount. (iv) Bail in trial Court.

(v) Criminal Application is disposed of.
