The present civil application is filed assailing the enquiry report submitted by the committee. Under order dated 09.12.2019, this Court had directed the committee as constituted therein to examine the documents, records and submit its report pursuant thereto. The committee has submitted the report. The same is sought to be assailed by way of present civil application.

The writ petition is at the stage of admission, even otherwise the

Considering the above, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of fourteen (14) days from today.
