This Second Appeal is preferred by sole appellant Smt. Chandrabhagabai Shankar Bhingardive. As per the Civil Application, moved by the learned advocate Mr. V. R. Dhorde, the sole appellant has died on 15.7.2019. The civil application to bring on record legal heirs was presented in the office. However, there were office objections and those were not removed. Therefore, the registration of the said civil application came to be refused vide order dated 25.8.2021.

Hence, the office has placed the Second Appeal today on the board in order to pass the order of abatement. 3.

As the sole appellant has died and her legal heirs are not brought on record, the appeal stands abated in its entirety. Accordingly, the Second Appeal stands disposed of as abated. REGISTRAR (JUDL) 38 SECOND APPEAL NO.362 OF 2007
