We have considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Practically the petitioner desires that this court should become a recovery officer to recover his amount and get orders of the authorities, under the Right to Information Act, implemented with the writ of mandamus. We expressed disinclination.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has made a representation to the Administrator, Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad dated 27-01-2022 at page No. 30.

In view of the above, as an innocuous prayer has been putforth, we are not issuing notice to the respondents.

This petition is disposed off.

We expect, respondent No. 3 to look into the complaint/representation dated 27-01-2022 filed by the petitioner and if the same is in accordance with law and the scheme under the RTI Act, he shall proceed to deal with the same on it's own merits, on or before 30-09-2022.
