1] Heard learned AGP for the applicants and Shri R.D. Biradar, learned counsel for the respondents in FAST Nos.5629/19, 5632/19, 5557/19 and 5658/19.

2] The applicants / appellants have moved these applications for stay of the impugned awards passed by

CA 4252/19 in FAST 5557/19 & others - 2 - the Reference Court.

3] Considering the submissions advanced in the light of challenges raised in the appeals and the statement made by the learned AGP that the amount under the awards shall be deposited within eight weeks from today, following order is passed:-

O R D E R

A] The applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to deposit of the amount in terms of the awards within eight weeks from today.

B] On failure to deposit the amount within eight weeks, the interim order passed in these matters shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.

C] The applications are disposed of in above terms.
