Mr More, learned Advocate for original claimants strongly opposed to condone the delay.

Mr B.R. Survase, learned Advocate for applicants/acquiring body submits that the delay was not intentional. It was resulted for completing formalities and obtaining sanction from the competent authority. He, therefore, urged to condone the delay.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications for condonation of delay more particularly in paragraphs No.5 to 7, the delay needs to be condoned in the interest of justice.
