The applicants, who are legal representatives of Madhavrao Shamrao Kokare, in whose favour the impugned order of reinstatement notionally was passed and the petitioner herein was directed to give admissible financial benefits to his legal representatives i.e. applicants herein, by the judgment and order dated 26-11-1998, have preferred this application for fixing an early date of hearing.

The impugned order was passed in the year 1998. 3.

The applicant No.1 claims to be 65 years of age. 4.

In the circumstances, prayer for fixing an early date of hearing of the petition is justifiable. Hence, the application stands
