Respondent No.1 as an Asistant Teacher in Shambhu Mahadeo Vidyamandir, Watur Fata, Tq. Partur District Jalna in the vacancy which has arisen because of retirement of Shri Ghevande B.T. The respondent has relinquished his rights to the back wages. The terms of compromise are admitted by the parties.

3) In view of the compromise terms arrived at between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of.
