PER COURT :- 1] The petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 03/02/2018 passed by the District Supply Officer, Nanded, by which, the license of the fair price shop has been restored in favour of respondent No.6, despite serious complaints against him.

2] The petitioner has an efficacious and statutory remedy of challenging the order of the D.S.O. before the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Aurangabad.

3] As such, this petition is disposed of with liberty to
