Mr. Shelke, the learned counsel opposed the application for amendment on the ground that the amendment sought is beyond the scope of writ petition.

Writ petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise the respondents will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. In the light of that, the civil application seeking leave to amend is allowed in terms of prayer clause B. Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days. Civil application disposed of. 3.

Place the present writ petition for admission alongwith writ petition No. 11429 of 2014.
