ORDER:- 1.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 1380 days in fling First Appeal against judgment and award dated 06.02.2015 in LAR No. 889 of 2010. The learned Counsel for applicant submits that the Acquiring Body deposited the amount belatedly and the applicant had also gone to Mumbai in search of work.

The learned Counsel for respondent No. 3 i.e. the Acquiring Body took strong objection. But it seems that the Acquiring Body has also fled appeal against the same award bearing FA No. 3874 of 2016. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the Application, the application is allowed and the delay of 1380 days stands condoned in the interest of

(2) 907 CA-4615.2020.odt justice, subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for such delay period.

The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. 4.

The First Appeal be placed for admission, after removal of offce objections, if any.
