Learned counsel for applicant states that error in making reference to middle name has been crept in, in the land acquisition proceedings and the same needs to be corrected and further states that appropriate application would be moved for necessary correction before the reference court and requests that record and proceedings received by this court may be sent back for said purpose to reference court.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader does not have any particular objection to the request made by applicant. 3.

In the circumstances, record and proceedings be remitted to the reference court and the appellant - applicant to satisfy reference court, upon the application therefor, for desired correction to be made in the reference court proceedings.
