Learned A.P.P. upon taking instructions stated that though the complaint was received on 7th July, 2015 and though the complaint was made by a responsible officer of the Municipal Corporation, the police is making enquiry. The police is now waiting for the report of special auditor etc. It is, thereafter, the police would decide as to whether the offence should be registered or not. In view of this, the purpose of this petition is over. The police shall communicate their decision to the complainant
