By way of present Application, the Applicants are praying for Temporary Bail to attend the marriage ceremony. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants that Applicant No.1 is the uncle and Applicant No. 2 is the father of the girls, who are getting married on 26th of this month. He submitted that he is not pressing the Application for the uncle i.e. Applicant No.1. Hence, the Application to the extent of Applicant No.1 namely Madan Gyandev Pujari @ Madan Dnyandev Pujari stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Copy of marriage invitation card has been annexed with the present Application, which show that both the daughters of Applicant No.2 are getting married on 26.02.2024. This aspect is not disputed by the Prosecution. It is submitted by learned Advocate for the Applicants that Applicant No.2 was also released on furlough / parole eight (08) months before and his conduct was good during his said release. He further submitted that until the period of one year is over, Applicant No.2 is not entitled for furlough / parole. He submitted that Applicant No.2 would be entitled for Special Parole which would be for the period of three (03) days and due to paucity of time he has tendered this Application. Be that as it may.

In view of the above and considering the fact that both the daughters of Applicant No.2 are getting married, we grant Temporary Bail to Applicant No.2 for a period of three (03) days. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) Application to the extent of Applicant No. 2 namely Mahadev Alias Pappu Gyandev Pujari is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No. 2 namely Mahadev Alias Pappu Gyandev Pujari shall be released from the jail on Temporary Bail on furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) before the Jail

Authority by 12:00 noon of 24.02.2024 for attending the marriage of his daughters. He shall surrender before the concerned Jail Authority by 12:00 noon of 27.02.2024.
