This is an application moved by the applicants seeking stay to the execution of the judgment and decree impugned. 2.

There is no interim relief order in the Civil Application. The Court has passed order of status-quo while admitting appeal on 9th April 2007, of which vacation is never sought. 3.

In view thereof , the Civil Application stands disposed of in terms of order dated 9th April 2007.

The appellants to file paper book within the a period of six months, failing which the matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
