This application is filed for anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by deceased Sanjay Gore. To Sanjay, daughter of applicant No.1 was given in marriage about 12 years prior to the incident. There was dispute between wife of Sanjay and Sanjay and she has started living with her parents from about 6 months prior to the date of the incident. Allegations are made that the deceased visited the house of the parents of the wife on 18th December,

-:(2):- 2014 and at that time present applicant and other relatives of the wife quarreled with him and since then she was not happy. On 23rd December, 2014 the deceased left home and he committed suicide by jumping in well. He has left behind a suicidal note in which he has mentioned about the quarrel. He has blamed his wife, the relatives of the wife and also two persons like Ganesh and Ygesh. He has suspicion that his wife had illicit relations with Ganesh and Yogesh. This Court has granted relief of similar nature to other relatives of the wife of the deceased, though the relief is refused to Ganesh and Yogesh In view of this circumstance this Court holds that protection needs to be given to the applicants who are father and brother of the wife of the deceased.

In the result, application allowed. Interim relief granted is confirmed. The applicants are to visit the concerned police station on every Sunday between 09.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. for a period of one month and they are to cooperate to the police during investigation. [T.
