This Civil Application has been filed for bringing legal heirs of deceased Petitioner on record, who expired on 21st November, 2024. The Civil Application has been filed within limitation. It is contended that though the original Petitioner has died, the cause still survives and, therefore, it is necessary that the legal heirs of deceased Petitioner be permitted to be brought on record. 2.
