The applicants pray for bringing legal heirs of the deceased Applicant/Petitioner No.5 on record. The Civil Application No. 2776/2015 is also filed for the same purpose. 2.

In the light of the above, Civil Application No. 2775/2015 is allowed. The legal heirs of the deceased-Applicant/Petitioner No.5 shall be brought on record in the petition within a period of two weeks from today.
